HOTEL SHUTTLE BUS INFORMATION

Goshen Shuttle Bus Order Form

There will be reserved seating in the east side of the Hall for bus passengers on a first-come, first-served basis.

Roundtrip shuttle buses will be available from select hotels in Middletown at a cost of $10 (whether used one way or round-trip). Please review the list of serviced hotels below and download the Goshen Shuttle Bus Order Form for more details. The form must be completed and sent to the hotel shuttle sevadars by May 15th, 2024.

FOUR STEPS TO SUBMIT THIS FORM

  1. Print, complete, sign and date this form.
  2. Make check for the total amount calculated above payable to: SOS-NTA
  3. Mail form and check by the deadline date of May 15th, 2024 to: ATTN: Hotel Shuttle, c/o 201 Circle Dr. N, # 112, Piscataway, NJ 08854.
  4. Email: [email protected] to let us know that your check is in the mail. Please prefix your subject line with "Hotel Shuttle" for quick response.

ONCE THE FORM IS SUBMITTED

  1. All purchases are final and all payments are non-refundable.
  2. Upon receipt of payment, confirmation will be provided either via email or telephone call.
  3. Availability of transportation on the charter bus is not guaranteed until you receive a confirmation.
  4. If you do not receive a confirmation from us by June 2nd, please contact the helpline immediately at 732.662.4308 or [email protected].
  5. You will receive your tickets at your local sangat, or by mail, or at the bus shuttle stop the morning of the program.

NOTES

  1. Please indicate on the registration form which bus stop you will take the bus from. Bus tickets cannot be transferred to board at a different bus stop.
  2. If you are staying at a hotel not serviced by a bus, you may still purchase bus tickets. Please indicate the bus stop in the form.
  3. Please do not park at any hotel unless you are a registered guest.
  4. Once the satsang is over, buses will start after 30 minutes and make multiple trips on a first come, first served basis, to transport the sangat back to their respective hotels.
  5. The entry to the Satsang Hall will open at 6:30 am, at the same time for all the sangat whether arriving by bus, car, or any other means. Please note there will be a separate entrance to facilitate the sangat arriving by bus.

BUS SCHEDULE & TRIP TIMINGS

  1. Bus schedules and trip timings will be finalized 15 days before the start of program and printed on each ticket.
  2. Shuttle bus tickets will be assigned on a first come, first served basis and every effort will be made to accommodate the bus departure time preference selected on this form.
  3. Shuttle buses from hotels will start at about 5:45 am and will depart approximately every hour.
  4. The last bus will arrive at SSSC by 8:00 am.
  5. The return trip to the hotels will start from the bus parking lot 30 minutes after satsang ends.
  6. Passengers on the 1st/2nd/3rd trip into SSSC in the morning will be assigned to the 1st/2nd/3rd return trip respectively. (i.e. if you are on the first trip into SSSC, then you will be on the first trip out of SSSC on the return)

ONCE YOU HAVE YOUR TICKETS

  1. Bus tickets cannot be transferred to board at a different bus stop.
  2. Check bus timings on your ticket and be sure to check-in 15 minutes prior to bus line-up time. Buses will not wait.
  3. Entry to the Satsang Hall will be at the same time (6:30 am) for all the sangat whether arriving by bus, car, or other means.
  4. There will be a separate entrance to facilitate the sangat arriving by bus. There will be reserved seating in the Satsang Hall for passengers arriving by bus on a first come, first served basis.
