Shuttle Bus Order Form – Middletown

Roundtrip shuttle buses will be available from select hotels in Middletown and from Orange County Community College at a cost of $13 (whether used one way or round-trip). Please review the list of serviced hotels below and download the Middletown Shuttle Bus Order Form. The form must be completed and sent to the hotel shuttle sevadars by March 30th, 2025.

Goshen Shuttle Bus Order Form – Newburgh and Mahwah

Roundtrip shuttle buses will be available from select hotels in Newburgh and Mahwah at a cost of $24 (whether used one way or round-trip). Please review the list of serviced hotels below and download the Newburgh and Mahwah Shuttle Bus Order Form. The form must be completed and sent to the hotel shuttle sevadars by March 30th, 2025.

FOUR STEPS TO SUBMIT THIS FORM

1. Print, complete, sign and date this form.
2. Make check for the total amount calculated above payable to: SOS-NTA
3. Mail this form and check by the deadline date of March 30th, 2025 to: ATTN: Hotel Shuttle, c/o 201 Circle Dr. N, # 112, Piscataway, NJ 08854.
4. Email: busesgoshen@gmail.com to let us know that your check is in the mail. Please prefix your subject line with "Hotel Shuttle" for quick response.

ONCE THE FORM IS SUBMITTED

1. All purchases are final and all payments are non-refundable.
2. Upon receipt of payment, confirmation will be provided either via email or telephone call.
3. Availability of transportation on the hotel shuttle is not guaranteed until you receive a confirmation.
4. If you do not receive a confirmation from us within 3 weeks, please contact the helpline immediately at 732.662.4308 or busesgoshen@gmail.com.
5. You will receive your tickets at your local sangat, or by mail, or at the bus shuttle stop the morning of the program.

NOTES

1. Please indicate on the Shuttle Bus Order Form from which bus stop you will board the bus. Bus tickets cannot be transferred to board at a different bus stop.
2. If you are staying at a hotel not serviced by a hotel shuttle, you may still purchase the tickets. Please make your own arrangements to arrive at the bus stop you have selected and indicate the same on the form.
3. Please do not park at any hotel unless you are a registered guest.
4. Once the Satsang is over, shuttle buses will start after 30 minutes and make trip(s) to transport the sangat back to their hotels.
5. The entry to the Satsang Hall will open at 6:30 am, at the same time for all the sangat whether arriving by bus, car, or any other means. Please note there will be a separate entrance to facilitate the sangat arriving by bus.
6. If you are taking the Airport Shuttle after satsang on Saturday, please check out of your hotel and bring your luggage with you.

BUS SCHEDULE & TRIP TIMINGS

1. Bus schedules and trip timings will be finalized 15 days before the start of program and printed on each ticket.
2. Shuttle bus tickets will be assigned on a first come, first served basis and every effort will be made to accommodate the bus departure time preference selected on this form.
3. Shuttle buses from hotels will start at about 5:45 am.
4. The last bus will arrive at SSSC by 8:15 am.
5. The return trip to the hotels will start from the bus parking lot 30 minutes after satsang ends.

ONCE YOU HAVE YOUR TICKETS

1. Please check bus timings on the bus confirmation email and make sure to arrive 15 minutes prior to bus line-up time. The bus confirmation email will be sent in early July. The shuttle bus will not wait.
2. There will be reserved seating in the Satsang Hall for passengers arriving by bus on a first-come, first-served basis.
