TRAVEL AND TRANSPORTATION

As parking is limited at the Goshen Center, and to help ease local traffic, please use charter buses or hotel shuttles for transportation. There will be reserved seating in the Satsang Hall for passengers arriving by bus on a first-come, first served basis.

Arrival and departure by Shuttle and Charter Buses
Roundtrip shuttle buses are available from most hotels in Middletown. Please see the Shuttle Buses page for additional details. Charter buses have been arranged from New York and New Jersey. Additionally, secretaries are encouraged to arrange charter buses in coordination with the National Transportation Coordinator. Please see the Charter Buses page for additional details. We encourage the sangat to use buses to help reduce traffic congestion.

For those driving to the Goshen Center
To park at the Goshen Center, you must obtain a Parking Pass by submitting the Parking Pass Application to your Secretary by Sunday, May 3, 2026.

Parking Passes will be issued on a first come, first served basis.

Family Area (with children ages 10 or less) – four (4) or more persons required per vehicle.
High Occupancy Vehicles (HOV) / Carpools – five (5) or more persons required per vehicle.
Special Needs and Mobility-Impaired with a Special Needs Parking Pass – please fill out the Special Needs Application and indicate that you require a Parking Pass. You DO NOT need to fill out the Parking Pass Application.
All others should ask for a Remote Parking Pass. Shuttles will take you to and from Satsang Hall.

Arrival and departure by taxi or rideshare service
Please book a taxi or rideshare service in advance since they have limited service in the Goshen area. Please verify with the driver that the directions lead to 106 River Road in New Hampton, N.Y. There are many River Roads in the area, and some GPS services may not take you to the right one. When you arrive at the site, tell the driver to stay in the right lane and follow the signs and directions from volunteers to the Uber/Lyft/Taxi drop-off and pick-up location (near the bus parking lot, as shown on the Site Map).
